In 2005, Eta Ascon Group implemented Xpedeon ERP as its ERP Financial platform to centralize camp operations and financial administration. The Xpedeon ERP deployment focused on camp-level administration, employee master data maintenance, monthly camp expense recording and camp workers salary processing within the Xpedeon ERP system.
The implementation configured core functional capabilities consistent with ERP Financial deployments, including employee master data management, payroll and monthly expense ledgers, inventory and stock card management with first in first out stock rotation, purchase indent workflows and document updates such as INDENT, IRN and MHN. The platform was used to capture catering and hospitality financials, recording daily food cost, cleaning and disposable costs, and daily sales reports for room rent, room service, mini fridge, restaurant, laundry and telephone revenue. Eta Ascon Group Xpedeon ERP ERP Financial supports finance, HR, procurement, inventory and catering cost control as integrated business functions.
Operational execution maintained employee master entries in an Algorithm System with periodic updates reflected in Xpedeon ERP, and Xpedeon ERP was used to update online stock records and transactional documents. The system supported stock in and stock out postings, P.O.B. lists for personnel on board, and record keeping for goods receipt including expiry, weigh and count checks at camp supply arrival. Deployment scope included camp stores, kitchens, mess halls, accommodation, laundry and recreation facilities, with the ERP used to record and control transactions across these operational sites.
Governance and workflow standardization were embedded through SOPs and operational formats captured in the system, covering food safety management, cleaning schedules, pest control, temperature logs, personal hygiene inspections and waste disposal processes. Change control and administration responsibilities included handling additions of new modules and requirement updates in Xpedeon ERP, maintaining stock card accuracy, issuing daily reports for safety, hygiene, quality and food cost, and enabling camp supervisors and catering in charge to monitor and update transactional and master data in the ERP.
