In 2018, Euler Hermes Group, S.A.S deployed Toucan Toco to build the Mind Your Receivables data visualisation application. The deployment positioned Toucan Toco as a Business Process Management solution for Economic Research to publish insights and deliver benchmarked receivables risk analysis to external audiences.
The implementation delivered interactive dashboards, benchmarking workflows, and templated report production to enable analysts to prepare and distribute client ready analyses. Functional capabilities implemented with Toucan Toco included data visualization, risk benchmarking workflows, scheduled publishing, and exportable reports aligned to Economic Research publishing processes.
Operational scope covered Finance and Risk functions as well as Marketing use cases, with the Economic Research team using the application to share analyses with clients and prospects globally. Rollout achieved broad internal adoption across functions and extended coverage across 35 countries, reflecting multi geography distribution and cross functional consumption of published content.
Governance centered on published research workflows and standardized insight distribution managed by Economic Research, with Toucan Toco serving as the business facing visualization and publishing layer. The deployed Mind Your Receivables application generated 100 to 150 leads per month and supported benchmarking and client engagement for Finance, Risk, and Marketing functions.
