| Microsoft | Legacy | Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2019 | 2020 |
In 2019, EVERSANA implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations as its core ERP Financial platform. The system was live for one year when EVERSANA engaged a Solutions Architect in January 2020 through March 2020 to perform needs analysis and solutioning for the live D365 F&O instance.
The engagement produced a road map to integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations with WMS, CRM, TMS and multiple smaller third party software, and specified development of a Master Data Management policy. Scope items included security role analysis and reimplementation, restructuring of financial dimensions, addition of global entities, and a full system audit of configurations. The plan also defined alignment of business processes, an end user training program, an upgrade cadence and a Microsoft licensing audit.
Technical and operational controls emphasized use of Azure DevOps to manage development, deployments and issue tracking for the live D365 F&O system. The integration road map targeted cross functional coverage spanning finance, supply chain operations including warehouse and transportation workflows, and sales and CRM processes. Master Data Management and revised security roles were positioned as governance controls to support the global entity model and consolidated financial dimension structure.
Resource requirements documented for road map execution included user support, functional consultants, developers, a project manager and outside consultants. The full system audit and configuration review were scoped to produce prioritized remediation items and configuration baselines to govern future releases.

| Gallup | Legacy | Gallup Q12 | Employee Engagement | HCM | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019 EVERSANA implemented Gallup Q12 as its Employee Engagement application to formalize organization-wide engagement measurement and manager-led action planning. The implementation was coordinated by HR leadership and a trained Engagement Champion network, and it was positioned alongside full cycle HR activities from orientation through termination for the company of roughly 7,000 employees.
Gallup Q12 deployment emphasized standardized survey administration, recurring engagement diagnostics, manager-facing reporting, and champion-driven local action planning, reflecting capabilities typical of Employee Engagement platforms. The HR Manager responsible for the initiative partnered closely with key leaders and managers, advising on performance management, retention and communication workflows while supporting the Gallup Q12 initiative as an Engagement Champion.
Operational coverage extended across HR, talent acquisition, benefits administration, manager populations and senior leadership, with program touchpoints integrated into benefits open enrollment support, employee recognition and rewards processes, and ongoing employee relations activities. The implementation was coordinated with payroll communications for awards and milestone recognition and aligned with sponsorship and immigration support processes through HR guidance to affected employees and managers.
Governance relied on an Engagement Champion model and leader partnership to drive adoption and to connect Gallup Q12 insights to performance management and recognition workflows. The narrative centers on EVERSANA Human Resources managing Gallup Q12 within Employee Engagement to operationalize survey-based insights into HR processes and manager actions.

In 2020 EVERSANA implemented Drift AI Chatbot as a web-embedded conversational interface, placing Drift AI Chatbot squarely in the Chatbots and Conversational AI category to support website engagement for marketing and sales functions. The deployment is a cloud-hosted SaaS conversational layer on the public website, instrumented to capture visitor intent and initiate guided dialogs during commercial and demand generation flows.
Configuration focused on standard Chatbots and Conversational AI capabilities, including natural language understanding for intent detection, scripted playbooks for lead qualification, session orchestration for handoff to human agents, and knowledge base driven response templates. The implementation emphasizes conversational routing and automated qualification workflows, with operational controls to tune messaging and escalation rules.
Operational ownership sits with marketing and commercial operations teams, using the Drift AI Chatbot to centralize first touch engagement and streamline lead capture into downstream sales processes. Governance included playbook versioning and conversation monitoring to maintain response consistency and escalate complex queries to human specialists, while the Drift AI Chatbot remains the primary site-level conversational entry point for visitor interactions.
