The program relied on manual data extraction from ArcGIS and AutoCAD artefacts and manual or semi-structured import of material and technical records into HxGN EAM, improving the fidelity of the asset master for engineering and field teams.
Governance changes accompanied the rollout with standardized drawing and asset conventions, mandatory registration of completed work in the designated applications, and a process to enrich and validate technical data inside the EAM. These governance steps institutionalized the linkage between design deliverables, TIS source data, and the HxGN EAM Enterprise Asset Management recordkeeping used by Evides Waterbedrijf engineering, GIS, and operations groups.
