Project delivery was managed using combined agile and project management disciplines, Scrum and PMI, with requirement surveys to define scope and weekly or biweekly status reports to track progress. Execution used Microsoft Project, Jira and Trello as management tools, people management of a six person delivery team, and cost management controls because projects were sold by hours. Monthly status meetings with the board provided governance and executive oversight.
Operational scope covered front office retail functions including online merchandising, catalog operations and order processing for multiple Brazilian retail clients. The work emphasized structured governance, iterative sprints and time and materials cost tracking while using Linx Commerce as the eCommerce platform.
