| SYSPRO | Legacy | Syspro Manufacturing ERP | Manufacturing ERP | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017, Excelta implemented Syspro Manufacturing ERP as its Manufacturing ERP platform. The implementation targeted complex production processes and limited reporting capabilities that were constraining inventory management, demand forecasting, and timely goods availability for Excelta's metal fabrication operations serving military electronics, consumer electronics, medical device manufacturing, electronic assembly, and repair markets.
The deployment included SYSPRO MOM, SYSPRO Inventory Forecasting, SYSPRO MRP, and Nomad eCommerce. SYSPRO MOM was configured to enhance warehouse management and manufacturing data collection, accurately track labor time, schedule more than 24 work centers, and capture both equipment and employee time to provide up-to-date operational visibility. SYSPRO MRP and SYSPRO Inventory Forecasting automated production planning and inventory control workflows to improve inventory accuracy and reduce stockouts and inventory holding costs.
Nomad eCommerce was integrated to provide real-time inventory synchronization between the storefront and Syspro Manufacturing ERP, replacing an eight hour per day manual inventory update process. The eCommerce integration enabled customer self-service and freed the sales team from routine data entry, while maintaining live storefront inventory accuracy.
Governance practices emphasized staying current on SYSPRO product releases to leverage the vendor's web UI enhancements, role-based dashboards, and application development capabilities. The configuration approach prioritized role-based screens and custom panes for operational users, aligning MOM data capture with production scheduling and reporting to provide real-time visibility and improved inventory management across Excelta's manufacturing footprint.

In 2018, Excelta implemented JivoChat on its website. The deployment uses JivoChat, a Chatbots and Conversational AI application, embedded as the customer-facing chat widget on the corporate site to handle inbound inquiries. The implementation targets customer service and sales lead capture workflows and is configured for a 40 employee manufacturing operation.
Configuration centers on standard Chatbots and Conversational AI capabilities including live chat, canned responses, session context capture and agent console management to enable real time qualification and routing of website visitors. Operational ownership rests with a small cross functional team in customer support and sales, with site level embedding and widget configuration managed through the JivoChat administration console. The technical footprint is proportionate to a single site website deployment focused on front end customer engagement.

In 2016, Excelta implemented Microsoft 365 as its Collaboration platform. The deployment covered the company's 40 employees across its United States operations and established Microsoft 365 as the primary collaboration and productivity environment for the business.
Excelta's Microsoft 365 implementation leverages core services typical of the Collaboration category, including Exchange Online for corporate email, SharePoint Online for intranet and document libraries, OneDrive for individual file sync, Microsoft Teams for chat, meetings and presence, and Office desktop and web applications for document authoring.
