| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2013 | 2013 |
In 2013, Exela Technologies implemented Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne was deployed as the company's ERP Financial system to centralize accounts payable, invoicing, supplier account management and month end close workflows across finance and service delivery functions.
The implementation configured core financial modules for accounts payable, invoicing, procurement transaction matching and general ledger close processes, augmented with custom reports and automated interfaces. Development and configuration work included Enterprise Interface Builder integrations, Lansa-driven invoicing routines and Report2Web reporting to deliver recurring client invoices and internal management reports.
Operational integrations are explicitly tied to Workday procurement artifacts including EIBs, match rules and punch out catalogs, and to external engines such as Vertex On Demand Tax Engine and IBM Sterling Commerce for tax calculation and B2B document exchange. Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne served as the transactional backbone linking supplier accounts, client invoicing and postage account management used by state and local client billing teams.
Governance and support were organized under the Director of Business Applications who managed vendor relationships, the offshore development and support team and the software maintenance budget, while financial analysts and site managers used JDE for month end close, client invoicing and operational reporting. User support, supplier account administration and custom report ownership were retained within centralized IT and finance teams to sustain ongoing billing, reconciliation and client engagement processes.

In 2018, Exela Technologies implemented Sterling Background Check from Sterling Talent Solutions to support its BackGround Screening needs within corporate staffing and onboarding. The deployment was anchored in Exela's Talent Acquisition and Human Resources operations based in Norcross, GA and applied across client site staffing in all 50 states and Canada, where recruiters handled a daily workload of 50 to 60 requisitions.
Sterling Background Check was configured to manage pre-employment screening workflows including client-specific background checks and drug screening, order management for candidate screening, and clearance status tracking. The implementation was used alongside Sterling Talentwise and TrueScreen to execute screening orders and to ensure compliance with client-specific, state-specific, and position-type screening requirements, while feeding candidate status and documentation into recruiting workflows and applicant tracking processes.
Operational governance centered on embedding screening actions into full-cycle recruiting and onboarding, with recruiters preparing offer letters, onboarding documentation, and welcome packages tied to screening outcomes. Reporting and cadence were formalized through weekly analytics reports and stakeholder calls, and recruitment order management and process improvements were instituted to sustain consistent pre-employment screening across Exela Technologies' distributed staffing footprint.

| Quadient | Legacy | Quadient Neopost IS-5000 | Mailing System | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, Exela Technologies implemented Quadient Neopost IS-5000 as a Mailing System to centralize physical mail processing and postage operations. The Quadient Neopost IS-5000 Mailing System was deployed in the corporate mailroom to handle incoming accountable mail and outgoing postage for first-class letters, first-class flats, first-class parcels, Priority Mail, express mail, certificate of mailing and international mail.
Configuration focused on the postage metering and weighing capabilities of the Quadient Neopost IS-5000, enabling staff to weigh mail and packages and apply the correct postage. Functional workflows implemented included sorting incoming mail, scheduled pickup from pre-established drop areas, pushing a mail cart for internal delivery and moving boxes, processing certified mail and delivering certified items to the post office. Scanning capability was configured to digitize client mail, FedEx, UPS and USPS packages and email scanned items to recipients.
The implementation integrated the Neopost device with workstation label printing and a pod tracker iPad used for delivery tracking, supporting the creation of PHIPPS FEDEX UPS labels and carrier labels from the computer. Operational coverage emphasized mailroom and facilities tasks, including conference room setup and takedown, pickup of outgoing mail from drop areas and handling accountable incoming packages from FedEx, UPS and USPS. The deployment linked physical mail processing steps to electronic shipping label workflows for carriers.
Process governance established defined pickup points, accountable mail handling procedures and staff responsibilities for sorting, weighing, postage application and certified mail handoff to postal services. The Quadient Neopost IS-5000 Mailing System therefore supported a combined physical and digital mail workflow at Exela Technologies covering mailroom operations, facilities administration and client-facing mail scanning and delivery.
