In 2019, Export-Import Bank of Thailand implemented Oracle PeopleSoft HCM as a Core HR deployment. The engagement aimed to centralize human resources, learning management and recruitment capabilities for an organization of about 841 employees.
The implementation delivered Oracle PeopleSoft HCM along with ELM and Recruitment modules, configured to support core HR processes such as employee records, position management and benefits administration. RAMS Solutions served as the system integrator and brought its first semi government project in Thailand for Exim Bank. RAMS kicked off the project in February 2019 using Oracle Unified Method and PMP management principles combined with RAMS delivery culture to govern project management, configuration sprints and acceptance cycles.
Operational scope focused on HR, learning and talent acquisition functions across Exim Bank of Thailand, embedding Oracle PeopleSoft HCM into HR operations and talent management processes.
