Operational responsibility covered Express talent acquisition for both corporate and retail store roles, using the iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System to unify requisitions, applicant workflows, and recruiter activity. Governance was aligned to centralized hiring processes with standardized job templates and applicant routing rules to streamline recruiter handoffs and manager approvals. The implementation positioned the iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System as the primary inbound applicant intake and tracking layer on Express's careers pages.

In 2014 Express implemented Oracle Retail Merchandising System as part of a program that also introduced a new planning system called Enterprise Planning, targeting core Retail Management capabilities across merchandising and planning workflows. The implementation focused on the Oracle Retail Merchandising System and Enterprise Planning components to support item lifecycle and merchandising operations.
The supply chain workstream implemented and tested explicit merchandising functions including item creation, OCs, POs, and ticketing. As Test Lead for the supply chain workstream, Bridget developed a comprehensive suite of test cases covering item creation through ticketing, managed execution of test scripts, and coordinated with test leads from other realms to ensure downstream coverage across functional flows.
Testing governance emphasized scripted execution, cross-realm coordination, and formal mock go live validation. Bridget collaborated with two other test leads to create full end to end flows for a mock go live, managing a run that involved 20 plus resources and spanned three full days immediately prior to the official go live, and she worked with peers to obtain sign off on the final mock go live effort. Post launch she provided support across work streams for testing and defect management.
After the Oracle Retail Merchandising System project concluded Bridget transitioned to POS lab management and test lead duties, supervising a team of five POS testers, running daily calls with vendors and the development team, and documenting testing efforts and test phases for existing and upcoming features and projects. The implementation narrative centers on structured test governance, cross-functional orchestration, and sustained post go live testing and defect support within Express retail operations.
