| TAKU Canada | Legacy | ACE POS | Point Of Sale | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2018 | 2018 | In 2018, Fabricland deployed ACE POS, a Point Of Sales application provided by TAKU Canada. Fabricland configured ACE POS as its Point Of Sales solution for retail checkout, transaction processing, and store operations across its retail locations in Canada. The implementation used store-level POS terminals paired with a centralized back-office instance to support sales reconciliation and consolidated store reporting, establishing ACE POS as the primary retail checkout and store operations system for the company. Functional modules implemented included transaction and payment capture, inventory lookup at point-of-sale, returns and exchanges, receipt and fiscal printing, and promotions and loyalty capabilities, aligning with standard Point Of Sales workflows. Operational governance focused on store-level cashier workflows, shift and cash management processes, and centralized reporting for merchandising and finance teams. Rollout and training were staged for store associates and managers to align retail operations with the ACE POS configuration and established point-of-sale operational procedures. |
