In 2020, Faces implemented Exela DrySign for Digital Signing across its India retail organization. Faces deployed Exela DrySign as the central Digital Signing application to manage electronic contracts and vendor agreements for corporate operations. The Exela DrySign deployment was configured to leverage document template management, configurable signing workflows, multi party signature sequencing, signer authentication and comprehensive audit logs. Administration was organized with role based access controls and signer role assignments aligned to retail approval authorities. Interfaces were provisioned for web and mobile signing to accommodate store managers and corporate users. The implementation used a cloud delivered Exela DrySign service provisioned by Exela Technologies and managed through centralized administration accounts. Operational scope targeted corporate functions that handle contracting and procurement, with document flows initiated from sales, procurement and legal teams. Governance included centralized administrative controls, retention of auditable signature trails and staged user onboarding to enforce approval policies and compliance recordkeeping. Training and standard operating procedures were established to align signatory authority and document lifecycle workflows with existing corporate processes.
