The deployment went live in spring 2022 and migrated 34,000 records into the Criterion Talent Engagement environment.

The Criterion Talent Engagement deployment emphasized employee record normalization and position history capture to support field mobility and role changes common in construction operations. Configuration work focused on role based access, data migration mapping and automation of preboarding communications.
The operational scope covered HR and field operations across Fagen’s United States construction sites, aligning recruiting, onboarding and personnel recordkeeping processes. Governance changes established centralized ownership of employee records within HR and standardized position history workflows to improve visibility into pay histories and position changes. Fagen reported outcomes including digital preboarding, faster onboarding and stronger visibility into position and pay histories following the Criterion Talent Engagement go live.
