Governance changes established centralized ownership of employee records within HR and standardized position history workflows to improve visibility into pay histories and position changes. Fagen reported outcomes including digital preboarding, faster onboarding and stronger visibility into position and pay histories following the Criterion Talent Engagement go live. |
