In 2013, Fagron implemented ExFlow NAV. ExFlow NAV is a Microsoft Dynamics NAV certified add-on module for Accounts Payable Automation, and the deployment targeted automation of invoice intake, approval routing, and posting processes under the AP Automation category.
The implementation configured ExFlow NAV functional capabilities including invoice capture and data extraction, automated approval workflows, validation rules, and invoice posting into the general ledger. Configuration emphasized invoice matching and exception routing to reduce manual touchpoints and to align document-level data with NAV posting constructs.
ExFlow NAV was installed as a certified add-on within the Microsoft Dynamics NAV application layer, integrating at document and posting levels to synchronize vendor master data, invoice records, and accounts payable ledger entries with NAV. Operational coverage focused on accounts payable and finance teams, establishing end-to-end processing from invoice receipt through NAV posting.
Project governance was led by a dedicated project manager who coordinated process mapping, user acceptance testing, role-based access controls, and training to rework AP workflows into standardized ExFlow NAV processes. Rollout activities emphasized aligning approval hierarchies and exception workflows with the system configuration to operationalize AP Automation.

In 2021, Fagron implemented MasterControl Training Management to centralize training and quality processes across its global operations. The deployment of MasterControl Training Management sits in the Learning and Development Apps Category and supported rollouts in the United States and seven European sites as part of a global quality harmonization program.
The implementation expanded MasterControl Training Management’s digital training and document modules, replacing paper based training materials with electronic courses and controlled documents. Configuration emphasized centralized training records, standardized training plans, and document control workflows to unify content, evidence of competence, and compliance artifacts across sites.
Deployment covered multiple manufacturing and quality sites, consolidating training administration, qualification tracking, and training delivery under a single application instance to harmonize site level processes. The operational scope concentrated on quality and training functions, aligning local training workflows with program level governance to reduce variability across regions.
Governance moved to a program oriented model with centralized oversight of training content, document approvals, and training assignments to support harmonized quality processes. The implementation reduced preparation hours and improved right first time metrics and deviation times as reported in the program documentation.

| Cisco Systems | Legacy | Cisco Webex Meetings | Audio Video and Web Conferencing | Collaboration | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, Fagron implemented Cisco Webex Meetings as its primary Audio Video and Web Conferencing application to support real time collaboration and external engagement. Fagron is a Belgium based life sciences company with approximately 3035 employees, and the deployment emphasized web accessible meeting capabilities for internal teams and external stakeholders.
The Cisco Webex Meetings deployment included standard conferencing capabilities such as scheduled meetings, browser based join flows, screen sharing, and multi party audio and video sessions. Implementation work specifically integrated a WebEx Panel on Fagron’s public website to surface meeting join links and enable external participants to access sessions directly, while preserving the native Cisco Webex Meetings experience.
Operational coverage focused on both internal collaboration and customer facing interactions, using the web embedded WebEx Panel to streamline external event access and ad hoc meeting joins. The architecture emphasized a web first approach, leveraging the Cisco Webex Meetings application to reduce friction for browser based participants and meeting hosts.
Governance concentrated on standardizing meeting policies, access controls, and the management of the website panel to ensure consistent presentation and usage. Processes were adjusted to centralize administration of conferencing settings and to maintain a consistent external meeting experience through the WebEx Panel integration.
