The deployment targeted the on-site restaurant and sports centre in Beniparrell, Valencia and used Reservation and Booking Management capabilities to unify bookings with front-of-house order workflows. Pikotea Reservation Management was configured to enable QR based digital ordering, mobile payment and a reservation module to support guest self-service bookings and on-site reservations. The implementation instrumented digital ordering and autopedido flows to capture orders initiated from QR codes and mobile devices, and to surface reservation details in the front-of-house order lifecycle. Integrations included a TPV integration to synchronize order and payment data between the Pikotea system and the restaurant point of sale, and interfaces to automated delivery hardware to hand off completed orders for robot delivery. Operational coverage was limited to the Valencia region site, with configuration focused on the restaurant and sports centre guest journey and day to day order processing. Governance centered on centralizing reservation and ordering operations under a single system managed by on-site operations staff, with process changes to front-of-house workflows to accommodate QR ordering, mobile payments and automated delivery. The rollout improved automation and guest self-service as part of the implemented configuration.
