Spark Hire Legacy Spark Hire Video Interview Video Interviewing HCM n/a 2017 2017
In 2017, FCCI Insurance Group implemented Spark Hire Video Interview to introduce Video Interviewing into its recruiting workflow as the company expanded hiring beyond the Southeast United States. FCCI deployed Spark Hire Video Interview to reduce scheduling friction and provide hiring managers direct access to candidate assessments, aligning the application with corporate recruiting and talent acquisition functions across HR and hiring teams. The deployment used Spark Hire Video Interview core capabilities including a built in scheduler, recorded one way video interviews, and customizable interview question templates. FCCI configured template emails that include either a scheduler link or a video interview invitation, and the team routinely adds completed video interview links to the candidate file so multiple stakeholders can review the same recorded content. Rollout began with HR testing and a basic Spark Hire account, the platform was described as seamless to get started and was upgraded as adoption increased. Hiring managers quickly adopted the tool initially for IT team hires and then expanded use to additional departments, enabling collaborative review workflows where several managers assess candidate fit from the same recorded interview. FCCI reports explicit operational outcomes using Spark Hire Video Interview, including a dramatic reduction in time spent per candidate for initial screening, fewer back and forth scheduling emails, greater convenience for candidates, and a shorter time to fill open positions. The platform supported more collaborative decision making among hiring managers and allowed recruiters to reallocate time toward harder to fill roles.

Guidewire Legacy Guidewire Canvas Insurance Claims Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2019 2019
In 2019, FCCI Insurance Group implemented Guidewire Canvas as a centralized Insurance Claims Management platform to consolidate claims handling and modernize workflows. FCCI Insurance Group implemented Guidewire Canvas to support end-to-end claims processing across multiple lines of business and to provide a web-based claims workstation for both in-house and remotely based adjusters. Guidewire Canvas was configured to deliver digital automation and streamlined adjuster workflows, and the implementation reduced adjuster training time from several weeks across multiple systems to two or three days. The deployment emphasized automation of manual processes and configured capabilities typical of Insurance Claims Management systems, including electronic claims intake, adjudication workflows, document handling, and payment execution. The project included 12 key integration points between Guidewire ClaimCenter and internal FCCI processes and systems, explicitly integrating policy administration, document management, check printing, and the enterprise data warehouse, as well as connections between FCCI and external business partners such as ISO and select preferred vendors. FCCI also extended its platform with Guidewire’s cloud-based underwriting workstation to align underwriting and claims workflows and to integrate with agent-facing platforms. Governance and operational scope focused on improving claim adjusting efficiency, consistency, accuracy, and speed for adjusters, independent agents, and policyholders. FCCI described the initiative as digitizing workflows to enable proactive adaptation to market change and to accelerate decision-making, positioning Guidewire Canvas as the core Insurance Claims Management system supporting claims operations.
