Governance and operational ownership were established within People and Culture, with a named Workday and aPay Product Owner overseeing vendor AMS support and enhancement projects across HCM, Absence, Time tracking, Payroll, Recruitment, Talent and Learning. Process reconfiguration concentrated on streamlining Employee Services and manager workflows, and rollout activities were managed as part of the universitys customer-centric HR delivery model.

Federation University upgraded PeopleTools to 8.55 and enabled the Fluid user interface on a Campus Solutions 9.0 environment as part of a staged modernization path. Functional modules and capabilities configured included Program Enrollment, an expanded Academic Progress Tracker repurposed as a one stop shop for TAFE enrolments, Activity Guides, and vanilla Fluid Self Service pages, with 21 Homepages and 127 Tiles provisioned for staff and students.
Operational coverage spanned both Higher Education and TAFE populations, with staff and students accessing new Fluid Homepages and Tiles for day to day academic and enrolment workflows. The Campus Solutions 9.0 baseline supported production use while pilot work and user feedback accelerated planning for an upgrade to Campus Solutions 9.2 and a completely Fluid Self Service environment.
Governance and rollout followed a pilot implementer approach, bringing TAFE into an existing Campus Solutions deployment for Higher Education, and expanding core trackers to centralize enrolment workflows. The project used Activity Guides to retire prior customizations and deliver previously bespoke processes in a vanilla fashion, and the business retained management of pages and tiles for ongoing configuration.
Federation University reported strong positive response from staff and students, and the Fluid navigation rollout created demand to accelerate the upgrade to Campus Solutions 9.2. The implementation shows Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Program Enrollment can be configured to meet TAFE specific requirements and support a unified Student Information platform for all students.
