NinjaOne Legacy NinjaOne Endpoint Management Endpoint Management CyberSecurity n/a 2022 2022
In 2022 Femo Gas implemented NinjaOne Endpoint Management to centralize endpoint control for its IT Office based in Cittadella, Veneto, Italy. The deployment addressed an organization of about 100 employees in the Oil, Gas and Chemicals sector and positioned NinjaOne Endpoint Management within the Endpoint Management category to manage Windows and Android devices including laptops, desktops, tablets and smartphones. The implementation concentrated on endpoint lifecycle functions such as device provisioning, configuration, installation, cleaning, reset and restoration, replacement and upgrades, and real time hardware and software troubleshooting. NinjaOne Endpoint Management was used to enable remote assistance, device inventory and mobile device management workflows consistent with standard Endpoint Management functional models. Operationally the platform was embedded into IT Helpdesk processes and used alongside existing remote assistance tools listed by the team and monitoring and ticketing systems used at Femo Gas. The IT team continued to operate Zabbix for network instrumentation monitoring and Zammad for incident ticketing while leveraging NinjaOne for remote remediation and device administration, supporting both on site and remote support scenarios and device fleet activities including subcontractor tablet SIM management. Governance and rollout were executed through the IT Helpdesk where technicians formalized procedures and OneNote guides for activation, deactivation, imaging, and replacement, and incorporated NinjaOne into daily ticket resolution and device lifecycle workflows. The narrative reflects an operational embedding of NinjaOne Endpoint Management into existing IT support and device management practices rather than a standalone point solution.
