In 2023 FightCamp deployed ReadyCloud Returns, a Returns Management application, to formalize online returns and reverse logistics workflows. The implementation is powered by ReadyCloud Shipping Software and embeds ReadyCloud Returns as the centralized returns intake and label provisioning layer for customer-facing returns operations.
The ReadyCloud Returns deployment includes a customer returns portal, RMA lifecycle tracking, automated label generation and return tracking, and configurable authorization rules for returns routing. Configuration emphasized rule-based routing and automation to standardize processing steps within the Returns Management domain and to reduce manual interventions in RMA handling.
Integration focused on the ReadyCloud Shipping Software layer, which supplies shipping label creation and tracking data to ReadyCloud Returns, and on operational handoffs into fulfillment and customer service workflows. The implementation touches customer service, warehouse/fulfillment coordination, and order operations, with ReadyCloud Returns serving as the orchestration point for return authorizations, carrier label issuance, and status updates.
Governance concentrated on policy configuration and workflow ownership, shifting return decision authority into a centralized returns queue managed by customer service and operations teams. Rollout activities emphasized process documentation, configuration of return policies inside ReadyCloud Returns, and operational training to align teams around the new Returns Management processes.
