In 2015 Financial Security Group implemented FinFolio Portfolio Management as its Portfolio and Investment Management application to provide an integrated portfolio management platform for the US based registered investment advisor. The implementation was announced in October 2015 and positioned FinFolio Portfolio Management as a unified system for advisory operations and client delivery.
The deployment centered on core functional modules including trading and rebalancing, billing, reporting, and a client portal, configured to consolidate back office workflows and support advisor facing processes. Configuration work focused on data reconciliation, position accounting, automated rebalancing workflows, and templated performance and compliance reporting to standardize advisor outputs.
Operational coverage extended across the firm s advisory and back office functions, enabling advisors and clients to access reports and client statements through the FinFolio Portfolio Management client portal. Integrations concentrated on ingesting custody and transaction data feeds and centralizing billing and trade lifecycle processing to create end to end portfolio operations, consistent with Portfolio and Investment Management functional workflows.
Governance changes emphasized centralized operational procedures and standardized reporting workflows for advisors, replacing fragmented manual processes with system driven controls. The rollout delivered improved reporting and unified billing and trading processes for the firm s advisors and clients as stated in the project announcement.
