| SAP | Legacy | SAP ERP ECC 6.0 | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2014 | 2015 |
In 2014, First Quality implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as an ERP Financial deployment at its King of Prussia, PA site, establishing a centralized enterprise resource planning foundation for master data and inventory processes. The implementation targeted master data, inventory and logistics touch points and was staffed with a core migration team of five responsible for defect resolution and code enhancements during cutover activities.
The deployment of SAP ERP ECC 6.0 included configuration of inbound IDoc partner profiles using WE20, processing IDocs via BD87 and custom programs in SE38, and use of SAP BODS 4.2 for extraction transformation and loading of material master, batch master, BOMs, pricing fields and classifications. Data load tools and methods explicitly used on the project included SAP BODS, LSMW with IDocs, LSMW with BDC, BAPI, AIO BPDM for IDoc-based loads, and parallel processing jobs in SAP to handle high volume IDoc processing, reflecting an emphasis on automated, repeatable ETL and load patterns.
Integrations were built between the JDE source system, Microsoft SQL Server 2012 staging, SAP BODS, SAP EWM 6.0 and SAP ERP ECC 6.0 to support inventory and offsite inventory flows. The technical scope covered extraction troubleshooting, source to target mapping resolution with business and functional stakeholders, and use of stock upload programs in SAP EWM to push inventory results into SAP ERP ECC 6.0, demonstrating cross-application master data and inventory reconciliation workstreams.
Governance and rollout practices included regular project status meetings and a consolidated migration status tracker, refinement of migration procedures with optimized engineering techniques and source to target validation, and execution of five mock conversion activities to validate cutover readiness. The program obtained business sign off on all data objects and produced reconciliation reports for key objects, while also resolving connectivity issues between JDE, SAP ECC and the BASIS team during the migration.

| Workday | Legacy | Workday Absence Management | Absence and Leave Management | HCM | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017, First Quality implemented Workday Absence Management as part of a broader Workday HCM rollout led by the HR Director of HR Technology and Operations. The Workday Absence Management implementation addressed enterprise absence needs and aligned with First Qualitys Absence and Leave Management strategy for HR, payroll, and benefits processing across the organization.
The deployment included configuration of core absence plans, entitlement and accrual rules, eligibility gating, manager self-service workflows, and absence reporting and auditability consistent with Absence and Leave Management applications. Workday Absence Management was configured to support automated time-off requests, documented leave types, and compliance-driven tracking consistent with ACA reporting efforts noted by HR leadership.
Operational integration tied Workday Absence Management into the companys Workday US Payroll and Workday US Benefits deployments as part of a unified HRIS architecture, enabling payroll-impacting absence calculations and benefits eligibility updates. The program was executed as an enterprise-wide rollout, with coordination between HR, finance, supply chain, and IT to align absence workflows with adjacent HR and payroll processes.
Governance was centralized under the HR Director responsible for HRIS roadmaps and implementation plans, with defined change management, communications, and training deliverables. Post-implementation activities included organizing and planning for ongoing Workday updates and upgrades and managing ACA compliance projects as part of the transition to steady-state HRIS and payroll operations.

In 2020, First Quality implemented ECI Macola to consolidate Manufacturing ERP,Distribution ERP functions across its manufacturing and distribution operations. The deployment focused on standard ERP capabilities to support supply chain, inventory, order management and financial processes that underpin the company’s manufacture and global distribution of consumer products.
The ECI Macola implementation included configuration of modular ERP functionality aligned to shop floor and distribution workflows, and explicit operationalization of EDI flows. ECI Macola was configured to support EDI driven order to cash and supplier inbound processes, with mapping, translation logic and business rules captured as user stories and functional specification design documents.
Integrations explicitly referenced in the program include Lightwell B2B Framework and IBM Sterling B2B Integrator for partner EDI connectivity, reflecting an architecture where ECI Macola is the transactional ERP system and the B2B platforms handle partner communications and document translation. Ongoing operations were staffed by a senior EDI developer responsible for onboarding partners, building MRS, coordinating with development teams to implement map changes, and monitoring production transactions, with operational coverage spanning IT/EDI, supply chain and distribution teams and external trading partners.
Governance and delivery emphasized requirement gathering, structured functional specifications, user stories and coordinated change windows to implement map and configuration changes, with production monitoring and issue resolution processes embedded into the operating model. First Quality’s ECI Macola implementation positions ECI Macola as the central Manufacturing ERP,Distribution ERP application supporting enterprise order processing and EDI orchestration.
