Integrations were executed to link Oracle Cloud ERP with Oracle HCM and the new Commercial Lending System as part of the unified program, and remaining on premise PeopleSoft components were decommissioned. The rollout covered finance, HR and commercial lending functions across First West Credit Union, requiring coordinated cutover planning between business units and IT operations. Program governance used rolling wave planning, phased execution and ongoing monitoring routines, supported by a Commercialization Plan and a Benefit Realization Matrix to prioritize releases and realize early value. Change management and adoption were led enterprise wide, with explicit transition to business as usual processes established to sustain new operational workflows.
