In 2025, Fitelo India implemented Shopflo from Shopflo Technologies to address address pre fill friction and improve post click conversion on its direct to consumer fitness and health platform. The eCommerce deployment focused on streamlining checkout flows and reducing friction points that were impacting paid traffic conversion and order completion.
The Shopflo implementation used modular capabilities, including RTO Shield, prepaid nudges, upsells and analytics, to instrument and optimize checkout behavior. Configuration emphasized checkout-level interventions, prepaid payment encouragement, and embedded upsell logic to increase average order value while RTO Shield was applied to reduce return to origin risk.
Operational coverage centered on Fitelo’s eCommerce and growth teams, with the Shopflo application embedded into storefront checkout and order confirmation workflows to drive post purchase handling and fulfillment readiness. Instrumentation relied on Shopflo analytics to surface conversion funnels and to monitor prepaid adoption, allowing product and marketing teams to iterate on nudges and upsell placements.
Rollout followed a phased approach across checkout cohorts and measurement windows, with governance led by Fitelo’s eCommerce product and growth stakeholders using Shopflo analytics for validation. According to the Shopflo case study, within six months the Fitelo rollout reported a 21% increase in conversion rate and an 11% lift in AOV, outcomes tracked through the Shopflo analytics module.
