Xplor Resamania served as the single system of record for membership data and front-office operations. Functionally the implementation configured core modules for member management and CRM, a billing engine with automated payments, access control modernization, and online booking and scheduling capabilities aligned with Gym Management workflows. The deployment automated routine membership lifecycle processes such as onboarding, renewals and payment collection while instrumenting access provisioning tied to membership status. Xplor Resamania's billing and payments capabilities were used to centralize subscription handling and recurring charge automation. The rollout was executed as a multi-site program with Xplor’s Go Live team, standardizing operational workflows across club operations, finance and front desk teams. Governance emphasized centralized data control and consistent membership and billing workflows to address prior system fragmentation across the network. Reported outcomes included automated member management and payments and modernised access control across the Fitness Park network.
