Oracle NetSuite SuiteFlex was used to embed CRM data into agent workflows, enabling context switching and click-to-call interactions while orchestrating contact-center process flows consistent with Business Process Management functionality. The scope emphasized call-center and sales and service business functions, and the announced outcome was improved call-center and sales/service workflows in the United States.
