In 2014, Miss Management, a Zaxbys franchise operator, implemented Netchex Employee Recruitment and Onboarding. The implementation used the Netchex Employee Recruitment and Onboarding application with NetGuide to create paperless I-9 and W-4 processing and to orchestrate onboarding workflows. Operational scope covered more than 700 employees across Georgia and additional US locations under the franchise operator, centralizing hiring and payroll data flows for multi-site management.
