In 2016, Fleet Farm deployed Avature CRM as its Candidate Relationship Management platform. Avature CRM is implemented on Fleet Farm's career site to manage external candidate engagement and online application intake across its United States retail operations.
The deployment centers on career site integration, candidate profile and resume capture, configurable application workflows, talent pool segmentation and campaign driven outreach. Avature CRM supports recruitment lifecycle functions typical of Candidate Relationship Management systems, including pipeline orchestration, email sequencing, event and referral tracking, and candidate database search and tagging. Operational ownership is with talent acquisition and HR, covering store and corporate hiring channels, and governance focuses on consent capture on the career site and staged approval gates for screening and offers. The implementation is concentrated on web facing sourcing and candidate engagement, with Avature CRM serving as the primary candidate relationship layer on Fleet Farm's careers portal.

| Broadcom | Legacy | AppWorx Workload Automation | Business Process Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2014 | 2014 |
In 2014, Fleet Farm deployed AppWorx Workload Automation from Broadcom as part of its Business Process Management environment. AppWorx Workload Automation was used to centralize batch scheduling, job maintenance and operational monitoring across the retailer's ERP and retail systems.
The implementation focused on AppWorx job scheduling and administration, orchestrating batch processing libraries and Pro C compiled routines on batch servers. AppWorx jobs were configured to trigger and monitor concurrent manager startups and workflow mailer processes, with UNIX shell scripting used to automate recurring operational tasks.
AppWorx was integrated into a broader stack that included Oracle eBusiness Suite with an upgrade path to 12.1.3, Retek 13.0.7, SOA 10g based retail to EBS integrations, SSO 10g OID, OBIEE and BIP services, and Oracle GoldenGate replication. The deployment supported both TEST and PROD environments hosted on Oracle Exadata infrastructure, and it operated alongside administration of 10 plus production databases and 30 plus test databases running Oracle 11g R2.
Operational governance was managed by an onsite Apps DBA lead operating in an onsite to offshore model, with responsibilities for 24 by 7 production support, change and problem management using FootPrint, coordination with infrastructure for OS and hardware maintenance, database cloning and backups, and performance monitoring via AWR and ASH reports. AppWorx served as the scheduling backbone for retail modules including RMS, SIM, RPM, ReIM and ALLOC, consolidating batch orchestration within Fleet Farm's Business Process Management landscape.
