Operational coverage focused on US new hires and job change events, with People & Culture responsible for HR reporting and audit needs that referenced screening outcomes for headcount, turnover and compensation reporting. The rollout included training coordination led by People & Culture, leveraging quarterly training sessions across departments and executive leadership to embed screening processes into onboarding and compliance workflows.
