Actindo Legacy Actindo Core1 ERP Financial ERP Financial Management n/a 2021 2021
In 2021, Fooody4u Germany implemented Actindo Core1 as its ERP/PIM to centralize D2C commerce operations for the Coppenrath Feingebäck brand. The deployment ran from project start to go-live in ten weeks and reflected a compact operational footprint aligned to the company's 25 person headcount and German market focus. Actindo Core1 was configured to take over accounting, invoicing, purchasing, warehousing and shipping, consolidating ERP and PIM responsibilities in a single platform. Configuration concentrated on product master data management, inventory orchestration and order-to-cash workflows to support direct to consumer order fulfillment. Automation around invoicing and procurement was applied to streamline finance and purchasing processes. The Actindo Core1 implementation functioned as the integration hub between Shopware, payment providers and a deposit system, synchronizing product, order and financial data across commerce and fulfillment channels. Integrations surfaced order events from Shopware into Actindo Core1 for downstream warehouse processing and invoicing, while payment interactions and deposit handling were recorded into the central system. Operational coverage included e-commerce merchandising, fulfillment operations and finance teams within Germany. Rollout governance emphasized central transaction processing in Actindo Core1 and alignment of fulfillment and finance workflows to the new ERP/PIM architecture. The rapid ten week go-live enabled a fast market launch and established a scalable D2C infrastructure in Germany.
