MNF@SmartBit provided complementary manufacturing planning functions while Pantheon ERP integrated sales and procurement records, creating a continuous operational thread from order to manufacture. Integrations were explicitly implemented between MES@SmartBit and Pantheon ERP, MNF@SmartBit and WMS@SmartBit to synchronize production transactions, inventory flows and procurement events. Operational scope covered production, inventory and procurement workflows within Fornix's Croatia sites, with data entry and transaction capture executed at shop floor terminals to enforce process consistency and traceability. Governance and process restructuring emphasized integrated order to production workflows and centralized transaction capture through MES@SmartBit, enabling coordinated handoffs between sales, procurement and production functions.
