Sapiens International Legacy Sapiens TIA Claims Insurance Claims Management ERP Services and Operations Process Factory 2017 2018
In 2017 Forsia Insurance deployed Sapiens TIA Claims as its enterprise claims platform. The Sapiens TIA Claims implementation established the vendor application as Forsia Insurance's central Insurance Claims Management system for claims intake, adjudication, and customer interaction workflows. The deployment focused on standard Insurance Claims Management capabilities, including structured claims intake and registration, configurable workflow automation for assignment and approval, document and evidence management, reserve and settlement processing, and integrated reporting for claims oversight. Sapiens TIA Claims was configured to support policy linkage and customer communication flows, reflecting common functional modules for claims lifecycle orchestration and operational case management. Process Factory served as the implementation partner for the go-live, and the rollout covered Forsia Insurance employees across its Denmark operations. The program included an enterprise-wide cutover event where all employees were gathered for the transition and performed real-environment testing on the first operational day, moving activity out of test environments into production. Governance and change activities were executed with executive sponsorship, with CEO Frank Abel addressing staff and Insurance Director Jane Sommer Christensen providing operational updates immediately after the weekend transition. The rollout approach emphasized live training, coordinated communications, and staged operational handover to business units responsible for claims processing and customer service. Forsia Insurance Sapiens TIA Claims Insurance Claims Management is positioned to support improved customer service processes, and company communications noted explicit expectations about the opportunities the new system will create for better customer service in the future.
