Ungerboeck EventBooking Legacy Ungerboeck Full Financials ERP Financial, Expense Management ERP Financial Management n/a 2012 2012
In 2012, Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture implemented Ungerboeck Full Financials. The Ungerboeck Full Financials deployment addressed ERP Financial,Expense Management requirements and was configured to manage accounting and billing for eight distinct venue spaces at the organization. The project included importing one year of client files, invoices, contracts, and floor plan references into the Ungerboeck database to centralize event and financial records. Configuration work focused on core financial and billing workflows consistent with ERP Financial,Expense Management usage, including invoicing and contract record structures, general ledger mapping, and expense tracking aligned to venue operations. Floor plans were produced using Microsoft Visio for clients interested in renting space, and those Visio artifacts were associated with venue records to reflect seating, layout, and logistical constraints. The implementation also captured venue-specific attributes to support differentiated billing and contract terms across the eight spaces. Operational scope spanned event operations, venue management, and finance functions, with Ungerboeck Full Financials configured to reflect the logistical features of each venue space so teams could target client proposals to specific requirements. Data migration emphasized one year of active client engagements and transactional history to ensure continuity of invoicing and contract administration within the new system. Governance centered on maintaining a single Ungerboeck database of venue, client, contract, invoice, and floor plan information to streamline accounting and booking recordkeeping.
