Microsoft Legacy Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP Financial ERP n/a 2014 2014
In 2014, Fox Rent A Car, Inc implemented Microsoft Dynamics GP as its ERP Financial application for corporate finance and accounting. The deployment established Microsoft Dynamics GP as the central ledger and transactional engine for fixed assets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and period close activities. Implementation scope included maintenance of fixed asset, capex, and prepaid expense schedules, and configuration of depreciation and accrual posting routines to the general ledger. Finance teams used Microsoft Dynamics GP to formulate journal entries for month end and year end closes, manage accounts receivable adjustment journal entries, and generate both accounts payable and journal entry upload files for the ERP Financial system. Operational coverage extended to corporate finance at Fox’s main corporate location and price management at all locations, with daily fuel price updates applied to location rate tables based on market data. Deposit and cash management workflows were operated via CashPro, where the finance team managed all deposits for Fox’s main corporate location and reconciled fleet sales to daily deposits and wire transfers, feeding settlement data back into Microsoft Dynamics GP. Governance and process changes included an overhaul of the new vendor authorization process and standardized procedures for AP uploads, JE preparation, and month end close journaling. These controls centralized reconciliation, posting, and deposit workflows within the Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP Financial environment.

Google Legacy Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) Collaboration Collaboration n/a 2018 2018
