Xstore was integrated with Oracle Retail Customer Engagement to surface customer profile and promotion context at the point of sale, with Order Broker to support order orchestration between stores and fulfillment channels, with RMS Foundation Data to centralize master data distribution, and with Sales Audit to consolidate audit trails and sales events. These integrations formed an Oracle Retail services architecture intended to centralize store operations data and enable consistent retail business processes across Francesca's store operations and retail support functions. Project governance was managed by OLR and focused on configuration, integration validation and enabling sales audit processes within an eight month delivery window. The program emphasized aligning POS operational workflows with centralized retail services, while sequencing configuration and integration validation to minimize disruption to store transactions.
