The implementation included core financials, customer billing, receivables, fixed assets, procurement, payables and inventory, with a set of customizations to enable a single customer view across all entities within the group. Configuration work aligned to standard ERP Financial workflows including ledger management, accounts receivable and payable processing, inventory valuation and asset lifecycle tracking.
Operational coverage included corporate finance, commercial billing and supply chain functions, with rollout governance defined to operate across Fred IT Group entities and offices in all states. Dialog Information Technology coordinated the cutover and functional handover, while the solution foundation is documented as Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations supporting centralized transactional processing. The program is described as the technical backbone for Fred IT Group's Health365 program to transform internal business systems and processes.
