The integration scope included conveyor controls and warehouse execution interfaces to ensure operational events from inbound and outbound logistics fed into ERP postings and reporting. Program governance centered on an ERP application team that led strategic business transformation across Forecasting, Order Processing, Outbound Logistics, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Inbound Logistics, Purchasing and Finance. Rollout planning was staged to align with the greenfield site commissioning, and governance emphasized cross functional process ownership, systems and controls acceptance criteria and formal change control for business process redesign.
