In 2020, Fritz Hansen implemented eloomi LMS to build a branded online academy for product, sales and customer service training. The implementation established the Fritz Hansen Academy within the Learning and Development category and served over 1,000 users including internal staff and reseller partners across the US, UK and Scandinavia.
