| SAP | Legacy | SAP Order-to-Cash Software | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, Frucor Suntory deployed SAP Order-to-Cash Software as a core element of its omnichannel commerce and customer experience strategy to serve retailers across New Zealand and Australia. The initiative complemented a customer-facing SAP Commerce Cloud storefront and the company’s sales and service organization to enable 24x7 self-service ordering while preserving one on one engagement by field and inside sales representatives.
SAP Order-to-Cash Software was implemented in the ERP Financial category to centralize order management and billing capabilities, and to standardize customer master and pricing workflows across retail and wholesale channels. Configuration focused on order capture, invoicing and billing orchestration, credit and receivables controls, and finance-aligned record keeping consistent with an order to cash process.
The implementation integrated the commerce front end and customer engagement layers with SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud, and synchronized transaction and account data with SAP ERP to create a connected customer journey. Integration scope covered online buyer accounts, sales rep order entry, service case linkage and financial posting, enabling a single transactional flow from customer order to finance ledger alignment.
Governance and operational change built cross functional ownership between sales, service, marketing and finance to manage customer master data, order routing and dispute handling, while the self-service eCommerce channel was positioned to complement sales visits and support. As an explicit outcome, approximately 3000 customers now routinely place orders online on their devices of choice, supporting higher responsiveness to customer needs without replacing the role of sales and service teams.

| Affinity Payroll | Legacy | Affinity HRIS | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2014 | 2014 |
In 2014 Frucor Suntory implemented Affinity HRIS with Affinity Payroll as the vendor, initiating a multi-payroll roll out classified under HR and Payroll Software. The initial deployment went live with three of seven payrolls while the project team continued phased onboarding across remaining payrolls.
Affinity HRIS was configured to support payroll processing cadence including weekly, fortnightly and monthly pays, and to centralize system administration tasks. Functional capabilities implemented include payroll processing, leave reporting, dashboarding for FTE and absenteeism, leave liability reporting, and ad hoc reporting that feeds departmental analytical reports for hours, headcount and cost.
The implementation operated alongside existing Chris21 software and incorporated a new time and attendance layer through TimeClocks deployed with iDt Group. Operational scope covered three divisions, NZ, AUS and Simply Squeezed, with the team processing weekly pays for Simply Squeezed and both fortnightly and monthly pays for Frucor Australia, while managing Australian superannuation and state tax payments.
Governance and rollout followed a formal RFP and supplier selection, completed configuration, and parallel pay testing phases including Australian Chris year end processing for June 2016. The payroll supervisor acted as HRIS project SME during a secondment, expanding into system testing, business analysis and change management responsibilities, coordinating REM review data and executing configuration updates while transitioning back to ongoing system administration.

In 2017, Frucor Suntory implemented Microsoft 365 as its Collaboration platform. The New Zealand based consumer packaged goods company with approximately 1000 employees uses Microsoft 365 to centralize corporate communications and workplace productivity.
Public site evidence shows Office 365 Mail is surfaced on the corporate website, confirming use of Office 365 Mail for public facing email delivery and routing. The implementation narrative centers on core Collaboration capabilities including email and calendaring, intranet and document management via SharePoint Online, real time collaboration through Microsoft Teams, and endpoint file synchronization with OneDrive for Business.
Operational scope encompasses corporate functions that rely on email and document collaboration such as IT operations, marketing, sales support, and corporate communications. Implementation and run governance are consistent with a cloud tenant model and include tenant level administration, license management, DNS and mail routing configuration for Office 365 Mail, and identity integration patterns based on Azure Active Directory for single sign on and access control.
