SAP Legacy SAP ERP ECC 6.0 ERP Financial ERP n/a 2014 2018
In 2014, FTS International Services, LLC implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as its ERP Financial platform to centralize corporate finance and accounting processes across the organization. This deployment was executed as part of an enterprise architecture mandate that reported to senior leadership and was led by an established Enterprise Architecture Program that constituted and chaired an Architecture Governance Board. The implementation focused on core SAP ERP ECC 6.0 financial capabilities, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and financial reporting, configured to support company-wide financial close and statutory reporting workflows. Application rationalization and IT landscape streamlining informed configuration choices, while the program led technical evaluations of tools, technologies, and implementation vendors to align the SAP ERP ECC 6.0 configuration with standardized technology roadmaps. Integrations were explicitly planned with Workday HRIS and multiple industry specific applications to enable HR master data synchronization and cross-application transactional flows, and an Enterprise Architecture tool was deployed to manage EA artifacts and integration mappings. Vendor management activities and application rationalization occurred alongside SAP ERP ECC 6.0 rollout to reduce duplication and to define clear system-of-record responsibilities for finance and HR domains. Governance and process changes were formalized through the Architecture Governance Board which established technology standards, created application and technology roadmaps, and instituted review processes for future change requests and projects. The program centralized EA artifacts and governance practices to support ongoing configuration management and to guide subsequent implementations such as Workday HRIS and industry specific systems within the enterprise.

Workday Legacy Workday HCM Core HR HCM n/a 2014 2014
In 2014, FTS International Services, LLC implemented Workday HCM as its Core HR platform, deploying the application as the central HRIS for company wide human resources administration and workforce record management. The Workday HCM implementation was executed under direct reporting to senior leadership and was a defined pillar of a broader Enterprise Architecture Program led from IT and HR leadership. The Workday HCM configuration emphasized Core HR capabilities including centralized employee master data, organizational management, workforce administration, and standard HR workflows consistent with Core HR functional expectations. Implementation activity included application rationalization and technical evaluation work to align HR processes and configuration settings with enterprise requirements and compliance constraints. The Workday HCM rollout was delivered in parallel with a company wide SAP ERP program and industry specific applications, with technology leadership coordinating vendor management and cross application roadmapping. The program included technical evaluation of tools and implementation vendors to ensure architectural fit across HR and finance application domains without specifying point to point integrations. Governance for the Workday HCM program was institutionalized through an Enterprise Architecture Program that constituted and chaired an Architecture Governance Board, established technology standards, created application and technology roadmaps, and implemented an Enterprise Architecture tool to manage EA artifacts. Leadership also directed ongoing vendor management and application lifecycle governance to sustain alignment between Workday HCM, SAP ERP, and other enterprise systems.
