The support environment also incorporated mobile device access and endpoint protection stacks including MS Forefront Endpoint Protection, Malwarebytes, and Super Antispyware Cleaner to secure client endpoints interfacing with UKG Workforce Central. Operational governance centered on an IT service desk model that provides remote troubleshooting by phone and email and on-site support as required. The support team is responsible for installing and maintaining desktops, laptops, network multifunction devices and peripherals, processing repairs and replacements, and updating client software and consoles, aligning day-to-day IT operations with the county’s Workforce Management needs.
