Integrations and operational tooling extended to Active Directory Users and Computers for user provisioning, password reset, and adding authorized users, BMC Service Desk Express Ticket Management System for incident and request tracking, and MS Exchange for communications and notifications. The support environment also incorporated mobile device access and endpoint protection stacks including MS Forefront Endpoint Protection, Malwarebytes, and Super Antispyware Cleaner to secure client endpoints interfacing with UKG Workforce Central.
Operational governance centered on an IT service desk model that provides remote troubleshooting by phone and email and on-site support as required.
