Processes were established to identify invoice and vendor instances where sales and use tax were not charged by vendors, and to surface those instances for accrual consideration and review by the CFO, the Controller, the Finance Partner and the Executive Director, with accrual journal entry workflows and approval checkpoints institutionalized in the finance operating model.
