Configuration aligned payment workflows with the resort's cancellation and guaranteed reservation policies and supported posting of settlements used in daily shift closing and account reconciliation.
The implementation integrated with the property management and guest operations stack that the job description references, including Jonas and Jonas Activity management, Kipsu messaging, and Resqueue. Integration design synchronized reservation status, charge and receipt records, and guest communications between Flywire Sertifi and those systems to maintain accurate posting and reservation notes across front desk and activities operations.
