Ultracs Legacy Ultracs App 2 Digital Banking ERP Services and Operations n/a 2024 2024
In 2024 Geelong Bank Australia upgraded its core to Ultracs 5.1 and rolled out My Viewpoint 3 together with Ultracs App 2 Release 3 as part of its Digital Banking refresh, deploying Ultracs App 2 as the primary mobile channel for members. The project was positioned to address end-of-life digital channels and modernise mobile banking in Australia, with the year 2024 marking the coordinated go-live of the core and front-end components. The implementation combined a core platform upgrade, Ultracs 5.1, with customer-facing modules, My Viewpoint 3 and Ultracs App 2 Release 3, to deliver enhanced online and mobile functionality. Functional focus aligned with Digital Banking workflows, including mobile account access, online servicing and transaction interfaces, and a consolidated front-end experience driven by the Ultracs platform. Deployment and governance were executed with Ultradata support, reflecting vendor-led operational assistance across rollout activities in Australia. The rollout targeted the bank membership and operational channels, and according to project information it improved online and mobile functionality and increased digital adoption among members.
