The deployment was used by the recruiting team and recruiting coordinators in Carlsbad, California, supporting hiring activity for GIA, a United States based non profit with approximately 3,500 employees.
Governance and process changes centered on centralizing candidate correspondence and interview scheduling in iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System to create a single source of truth for recruiting actions.
