In 2018, Gempire implemented ewiz commerce as its eCommerce platform to modernize a distributor-facing B2B storefront in the United States. The deployment centered on ewiz commerce storefront capabilities and catalog/PIM tools, with configuration focused on catalog management, searchability enhancements, and distributor-facing merchandising workflows to support sales and merchandising functions.
Operationally the implementation centralized product information management and editorial workflows to reduce manual content effort, aligning catalog operations and merchandising teams around a single catalog and storefront instance. Governance changes included role-based merchandising controls and standardized product data processes to improve content consistency across distributor-facing channels, and the ewiz commerce implementation explicitly reduced manual content maintenance as part of the rollout.
