In 2017 Generix implemented Cegid Talentsoft Core HR as a centralized HRIS to support the group’s Learning and Development and core HR operations. The deployment positioned Cegid Talentsoft Core HR as the system of record managed by the Head of the Academy and HR leadership in Paris.
The implementation focused on training management functionality, aligning application configuration with collection and analysis of training needs, training plan creation and deployment, budget simulation and financing optimization, and provider selection and negotiation. Cegid Talentsoft Core HR was configured to manage training data, run training evaluation workflows, produce training KPIs and reporting, and host learning modalities including face to face, e learning, blended, virtual classroom and MOOC content.
Operational coverage centered on the Academy and HR teams within Generix France, with the Training officer in Paris responsible for day to day management of training records and progress tracking in the Talentsoft HRIS. The implementation emphasized coordination with external workforce financing bodies such as OPCA Fafiec and with internal stakeholders including HRD and IRPs to support legal declarations and training plan approvals.
Governance and process workstreams included drafting specifications for learning modules, creation and deployment of pedagogical content, implementation of evaluation and KPI reporting processes, and centralized oversight of training budgets and provider contracts.
