| Esker SA | Legacy | Esker Accounts Payable | AP Automation | ERP | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018 GenesisCare deployed Esker Accounts Payable as a core component of an AP Automation initiative within a wider SAP FI/CO rollout across Australia, Spain and Hong Kong. The implementation was delivered through the company Transformation team and was positioned alongside other enterprise solutions to standardize financial processing across multiple countries.
Esker Accounts Payable was configured to provide enterprise invoice processing and workflow automation, including automated invoice capture, rules-based approval routing, exception handling and electronic payment orchestration consistent with AP Automation capabilities. Configuration work emphasized integration points for general ledger posting and automated posting flows into SAP FI/CO to ensure financial accounting alignment.
The technical architecture used middleware orchestration to connect Esker Accounts Payable with a range of clinical and administrative systems explicitly including Oncology PBRC and Cardiology Healthtrack billing systems, HR Workday, Payroll packages Chris21 and ADP, Expense and Travel management Concur, Budgeting and Forecasting Adaptive Insights, and ANZ banking. Iguana middleware was used as the integration layer to route and transform transactions between Esker, SAP FI/CO and the other systems, and the Cardiology clinical system Pulse was designed into the financial IT landscape for billing data consolidation.
Governance and rollout were managed through a technical integration and testing lead who owned integration design and coordinated cross-team testing. Testing activities were organized with dedicated resources, timelines and environments, issue escalation to vendors and internal teams, and monitoring via a Jira Confluence tracking environment. The team executed end to end test payruns for payroll integrations and provided stakeholder reporting on testing status and issue resolution.
The work was part of a broader enterprise program delivered by the Transformation team that provided cutting edge solutions across multiple countries, with Esker Accounts Payable positioned to standardize invoice processing and payment orchestration within GenesisCare finance and shared services functions.

| Workday | Legacy | Workday Absence Management | Absence and Leave Management | HCM | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, GenesisCare implemented Workday Absence Management within its Absence and Leave Management portfolio to standardize leave administration across global operations. The deployment was managed by internal Workday System Administrators responsible for Australia, UK and Spain, aligning absence workflows with Core HCM and adjacent HR processes.
Workday Absence Management configuration emphasized absence plans, eligibility rules, calculated fields and business process orchestration, combined with role and user based security settings in domains and functional areas. The Workday System Analyst role led security configuration, creation of calculated fields using lookup related value and evaluate expression logic, and end to end testing of business processes and integrations.
Integrations were executed through Workday Core Connectors, EIBs and PECI, and custom reports delivered via Workday Web Services and API for system-to-system exchange. Explicit external interfaces included SAP, ADP, Microsoft Active Directory and Concur, and the absence program was coordinated alongside a UKG Workforce Dimensions implementation for rostering, time and attendance.
Governance centered on Workday security administration, integration lifecycle management and structured testing across HR, payroll and workforce management functions. Operational support was provided through continuous issue investigation and fixes, with the implementation instrumented to enforce global eligibility rules and calculated absence logic.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP Concur Travel | Travel Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018 GenesisCare implemented SAP Concur Travel as the enterprise Travel Management solution, with the Transformation team delivering the integration and testing program across multiple countries. The program positioned SAP Concur Travel to handle Expense and Travel management workflows while aligning travel booking and expense capture with GenesisCare finance and HR processes.
Technical integration design covered configuration of SAP Concur Travel to interface with SAP FI/CO for general ledger posting, and with HR systems for employee master data synchronization. Functional capabilities implemented included travel booking orchestration, expense report capture and approval routing, and integrations to accounts payable workflows to support supplier invoice reconciliation.
Integrations were executed using Iguana middleware as the orchestration layer and included Oncology PBRC and Cardiology Healthtrack clinical billing feeds, HR Workday for workforce data, Payroll systems Chris21 and the new ADP payroll package, Budgeting and Forecasting via Adaptive Insights, Accounts Payable via Esker, and banking connections to ANZ. The rollout workstreams referenced SAP FI/CO package rollouts in Australia, Spain and Hong Kong, reflecting multi-country operational coverage and cross-system transaction flows.
Governance and testing were led through a structured testing program, with testing resources, timelines and environments established, and a Jira Confluence instance used for test tracking and issue management. Testing responsibilities spanned integration validation, vendor coordination, and stakeholder reporting, and included execution of test payruns for the ADP payroll integration which were completed successfully.
