Implementation began in early November and Skillup Skills Management was operational approximately 2.5 months later, enabling the first interview campaign to be deployed. Operational scope focused on HR and talent management processes across Gennevilliers Habitat in France, with the platform used to coordinate interviews, training planning and competencies tracking.
Governance adjustments emphasized a single source of truth for skills, revised HR workflows for interview cadence and campaign orchestration, and ongoing GEPP maintenance processes to keep the skills repository current. Operational tasks noted in the project scope included incident ticket resolution, monitoring of bandwidth consumption, and maintenance of the IT room infrastructure.
Governance and operationalization focused on user training for Aareon Prem Habitat ERP, project monitoring, and the establishment of processes for rights management on both data and the ERP. Day-to-day responsibilities retained by the Systems and Network Technician included database maintenance, AD user management, NAS oversight, firewall management, and ongoing ERP support and training to embed the new Aareon Prem Habitat ERP into housing management workflows.
