The role acted as key liaison with the Kronos support team to resolve PeopleSoft Kronos interface issues, and served as Organization Administrator for the Studer Group Leader Evaluation Management tool, integrating evaluation administration with the PeopleSoft environment. Governance responsibilities encompassed maintaining department security and reporting structures, developing PeopleSoft queries such as State New Hires, Employee Parking Deductions, and New Employee Email Address listing, and leading end user training with six management classes on PeopleSoft Manager Self Service. Team members were integral to the PeopleSoft implementation team, combining technical conversion work with process redesign and operational support to sustain the Core HR deployment.
