Technical workstreams moved multiple Sales, Operations, and Quality SQL reports into an SSRS production environment, and this reporting migration was coupled with data reconciliation, testing, and quality assurance. Change control and documentation flows were managed through Solution Manager, and the project provided process documentation to an offshore development team to guide template build and development efforts. Governance covered co-functional leadership of the financial implementation team, extraction and reconciliation signoffs, and controlled movement of master data into the SAP ERP ECC 6.0 instance. The project successfully completed master data modeling, extraction, testing, and the SSRS report migration, establishing a structured governance and documentation baseline for ongoing ERP Financial operations at Getinge US.
