OptiBuy led the implementation alongside experienced Ivalua teams to deliver a single, centralized platform with seamless integrations to customers and subsidiaries across the globe, providing operational coverage across procurement, sourcing, legal, and commercial teams. The deployment focused on enabling enterprise wide collaboration and enrolling global sourcing activities while keeping processes simple and user friendly. Governance and rollout emphasized extensive involvement from business stakeholders, management support including the Board, and exceptional internal collaboration and communication to align the solution with rigorous internal and external compliance and security standards. The outcome is a unified Contract Lifecycle Management platform that centralizes supplier management, harmonizes and optimizes workflows, and provides flexibility to adjust processes for unique or evolving requirements to preserve long term value.
